Does the lead get an invite?

Yes, when the lead gives an email the event is created with them as a guest, so they get Google's invite. You can also add a Google Meet link to every meeting.

What if the lead wants to change the time?

Each lead has one upcoming meeting: if they book again, the existing meeting is moved instead of creating a duplicate.

What if booking fails?

The agent tells the lead someone will follow up, and you get a "Booking couldn't be made" notification with their details so you can book them yourself.
