AI SDR
An AI SDR (AI sales development representative) is an AI agent that does the early-stage sales work of an SDR: contacting leads, qualifying them and booking meetings for the sales team.

Appointment setting is the sales step of contacting leads and booking qualified meetings or calls for a salesperson, closer or advisor.
Booking rate
Booking rate is the percentage of leads (or of conversations) that end with a meeting booked.
Lead response time
Lead response time is how long a business takes to reply to a new inquiry, measured from the moment the lead arrives to the first call, email or message.
Prior express written consent
Prior express written consent is a signed agreement, which can be an online form with a clear checkbox, in which a person agrees to receive marketing calls from a named business, including with an artificial or AI voice.

Show rate is the percentage of booked meetings where the lead actually attends.
Speed to lead
Speed to lead is the time between a new lead contacting your business (for example by filling in a form) and your first response to them.
TCPA
The TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) is the US law that restricts calls made with an autodialer or an artificial or prerecorded voice, including AI voices, without the person’s consent.
Voicemail detection
Voicemail detection is a calling feature that recognizes when a call reaches a voicemail box instead of a person, so the system can hang up or act accordingly.
