What is prior express written consent?
Prior express written consent is a signed agreement, which can be an online form with a clear checkbox, in which a person agrees to receive marketing calls from a named business, including with an artificial or AI voice.
Under the TCPA it’s required for telemarketing calls made with an artificial or prerecorded voice. The wording should name your business and make clear that consent isn’t a condition of buying.
