How to set it up

In CallBooker, open Lead API and create an API key. Pick the agent that will call these leads.

In Zapier, use a HubSpot trigger such as New Form Submission or New Contact.

Add the action Webhooks by Zapier → POST: URL https://callbooker.com/api/v1/leads, payload type json, header Authorization = Bearer cb_live_YOUR_KEY.

Map name, phone and email, and send anything useful (what they asked about, their answers) as notes so the agent can use it. Add country (like US) if numbers have no country code.
Get the results back
To update HubSpot with the result, create a second Zap: Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook (add its URL as a webhook in CallBooker), then HubSpot → Update Contact with the outcome, notes and meeting time.
