How to set it up

In your lead form, ask for the phone number and add a consent question, such as “I agree to be called about my request, including by an AI assistant.”

In CallBooker, open Lead API and create an API key. Pick the agent that will call these leads.

In Zapier, use the trigger Facebook Lead Ads → New Lead and pick your page and form.

Add the action Webhooks by Zapier → POST: URL https://callbooker.com/api/v1/leads, payload type json, header Authorization = Bearer cb_live_YOUR_KEY.

Map name, phone and email, and send anything useful (what they asked about, their answers) as notes so the agent can use it. Add country (like US) if numbers have no country code.
Get the results back
To send results back, create a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook and add its URL as a webhook in CallBooker (Settings → API & webhooks). You get call.completed, lead.status_changed and meeting.booked events.
